The room was small, bathroom was extremely small & old curtains/bathtub/wash basin, water clogging problem in bath tub. (Even my friend's ocean view room had small bathroom) Room service was good, hotel was clean. Parking per day was around $18. Hotel location is nice, it's in down town so you can walk to Waikiki beach, some fast food restaurants are also near by. Stayed there 6 days (Nov 25). Have to go to reception/lobby area for free internet. Overall - not bad but a bigger room/better bathroom could have been nice. OK for price.

I would tell a friend to stay here for sure! It was so close to everything and the staff was quite friendly, we didn't really have maid service because we only stayed for a week but the room was really clean and the beds were perfect. I would definietly stay again because the price was really good!

Great location, being close by to the beach, shopping, and food. Hotel is well priced but parking hard to get on the street. Parking inside hotel a bit pricey, especially when staying for a week or more. But overall good place to stay and we stay there every year during our visit to honolulu.
