This is a very nice hotel. I like the price that was offered and the service was excellent. I hope to keep going to this hotel as long as the pricing stays the same or gets better. This is a excellent hotel for business travel and i will use for my family stay as well.

We were pleased with the location & ease to get to things in the area.Rooms were spacious but I felt daily housekeeping was lacking. The breakfast was very minimal( at best). Valet was great. Lobby area nice, workout/pool area nice. Microwaves & fridge in room was nice. I would've liked daily housekeeping!! For a nice place, that spoiled it. Beach access & lagoon, mall, Wakiki, all great spot. They empty trash & change towels & that's it! I'd stay again however.

This seems like the kind of place that was the premier resort - 40 years ago. There were essentially no services and the main lobby floor - which at one point must have held shops and an eatery are now not only deserted but the windows are papered over. Also: The pool is tiny and the breakfast is wonder bread, a toaster and coffee. That said, the staff is really helpful (note that parking must be valet, costs $25 dollars a day and carry cash for tips). The location is great and you can always crash other hotels for dining and the pool. All in all, I was traveling for business and choose the lowest price in Waikiki. You get what you pay for. Not TOO bad for a business traveler but it would be a real disappointment if I were here on vacation.

This was a wonderful place to say, but I have to say I am very very very picky and this place was wonderful. Hotel lobby was gorgeous, view of the ocean great, room was very nice, all granite countertops, shower was done in granite, bed was very plush, nice goose down comforter. Had no problems with the elevator service, longest wait was maybe 2 minutes, and your talking this hotel has 25 floors and I was on the 22nd. The only thing I would say it lacked was a bar, but they are still doing remodeling so hopefully the next time I go back they will have a bar, but there are others very close by.
