This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed here. It is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Wonderful breakfast buffet and the staff in all areas of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. In fact, anytime we are going to be in Tucson, we will be staying here.

The staff was very friendly. We were made to leave the pool for a wedding, which we didn't appreciate. There were 3 of us in the room & only 1 day did we have 3 bath towels. The rest of the time we had 2.

We had a room with a r i shower. The bathroom was large. There were only 2 problems.... hair dryer would not blow much air out of it and since it was a handicapped room, there was NO counter space. Other than that, the room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Went for my 29th wedding anniversary. The people who worked there couldn't have been nicer. Really enjoyed the folks in the bar/restaurant as they were very good to us. The food served in the restaurant is awesome. Had some issues with an air conditioner in the room but an assistant manger came and swapped it out for us. Will go back whenever we get the chance.

Ideal location. Close to the Saguaro National Park as well as many shops and restaurants. Loved sitting by the pool in the evening with a drink from the bar. I recommend the Upside Down Cake cocktail. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
