  The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. the breakfast buffet at the restaurant next door is not something i would recommend. also ...

  The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant next door is not something I would recommend. Also note that the pool is an outdoor pool. They also do not provide room service which I was very disappointed about. But the staff was very kind and accomodating and the room was clean and comfortable.

  Everything exceeded my expectations. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spotless and dust free. already planning my next visit and will stay there. !

  Rooms were clean, good beds, great location, friendly staff. older property, but maintained fairly well. only two elevators, so sometimes there is a wait in the morning rush. cta main ...

  Rooms were clean, good beds, great location, friendly staff. Older property, but maintained fairly well. Only two elevators, so sometimes there is a wait in the morning rush. CTA main train station 1 block away, CTA bus stop right out in front. The best $ deal I have had in my 27 trips to Chicago.
