    I was able to book at the Hyatt for a great price at the last minute. Every interaction with the staff was great. They were so nice and helpful. The pool area leaves a lot to be desired, the hot tubs were only half full and the pool itself is tiny compared to other resorts I've been to; although the chairs are very comfortable. Other than that it was a great hotel!

    I stayed here in Feb. We came as a Fan Club #40BSJBJFC#41 and we were treated very well. The rooms were greatthe staff very helpful and friendly. The waterfall in the lobby is beautiful and you could spend hours wandering thru all the stores. I loved the fact that you could just exit the door walk across the street and be on Wakiki Beach. I would definatly stay here again. It is very close to just about everything you would need. Shoppingresturants even the zoo is in walking distance.

    My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to Oahu in April 2010. We arrived to this hotel and were immediately offered an upgrade however it was to a double bed. Though we kept our king size bed. Our room overlooked the city and Waikiki beach. The hotel was very nice and shopping and ABC stores were very convienent. Staff was friendly as well as housekeeping. I would recommend this hotel because it is central to shopping beach and restraunts. If I had the choice I stay here every visit to Waikiki.
