We got a great deal on this hotel and it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location! The only bad thing was we reserved a King bed room (for our honeymoon) and they put us in a room with 2 full size beds. We requested that they change it back becuase we didn't want to be crowded and they did after we were there for two nights. Overall a great place to stay!

Pool area under construction so no chairs available most days. Room very noisy. requested quiet room and was moved to an even worse room for noise from music from neighboring hotel and King's Village until 10 pm every night. I would have expected this from a two star hotel; but not a Hyatt property. Very dissapointed.
