I really liked this hotel. I stayed in a suite in the newer tower. It was beautiful not much of a view since it overlooked a parking garage and an empty lot but I wasn't there all that much anyway. The restaurants in the hotel were good too. The front desk was very helpful with purchasing show tickets. I don't think I could have found a better value!

I can't wait to go back to Golden Nugget so I can spend more time there, my one night was definitely not enough for this hotel! The room was large and very cheap!! Ate at the Italian restaurant with a pool view, very good food and wine. Sad I didn't have time to swim at the pool and explore more of the hotel. Downtown vegas is very fun and half the cost of the strip. My next stay will be at golden nugget again!

We stayed in the new tower suites. The room was great. Shower/Bathtub combination was a little difficult to get in and out of and I would not recommend this room for someone that is not physically fit, but it suited us just fine. We love downdown Vegas, as opposed to the strip and this is the only place to stay. Great food, good gaming and fun to be in the middle of the Freemont entertainment.

This hotel is in great location in the downtown area. Resturants were very close and we felt very safe. Parking was free and situated just off the rear entrance. The nightly Fremont Experence was a real plus, but once it was time sleep we were glad we requested a rear room and on a floor above the sound. The staff was pleasant and accomodating when we made our request. We would definately stay here again.
