Loved the sportsbook and the a good variety of gambling tables. The Grille was a very easy place to eat with burgers, sandwhiches, and other quick meal choices. Yes it is downtown so it pales in comparison to the magnificent strip, but being in the older casino's can be fun to (i.e: looking at the history, as well as things being a little less expensive.). The pool area is beautiful as well. It is a little small but the sharks at a wonderfull touch.

This was our first trip to Las Vegas and I'm so glad friends told us about the Golden Nugget. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The pool area was great, but get down there early to get a chair. The casino was so fun and the dealers were a blast to play with. We will definitely go back.
