Spent a few weekend nights at the GN for the first time. Having the Fremont Street Experience just outside the door was fun and definitely a plus. Multiple dining and drinking options without having to jump in a car was great! Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Pool area was fun even though it was a bit cold the weekend we went. We all just hung around the fire pit out by the pool, smoking cigars and drinking scotch. Will be going back again to the GN!

This time we wanted the 'Freemont' experience. We were thier over the holloween week. Needless to say, it was a party! We were not surprised by anything in large part because of the reviews on this site. It was abit noisy and we even got to listen to a couple of hallway disagreements. Our biggest surprise was and yep we are smokers, that the room did not smell like an ashtray when we first walked in! Other than that pleasent surprise there was nothing else extrxa ordinary about the room.

11/08/2011First time we stayed on freemont st and will never go back to the strip. everything was in walking distance. the water slide is awesome. will definitely return there.

Great place to stay young or old. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Only complaint is that the room did not have a refrigerator in it. Makes waking up in the morning, or afternoon... and not having a cold drink after a long night downtown kind of brutal. Also no free wifi :(
