from the time we check in until we check out, all staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean [ need feather pillows]. The desk clerk, bell man staff, valet people could not be better!! WE have stayed there before and will again!!!

Terrible experience checking in and out - the staff seem to think that now you are committed to staying, they don't need to make it easy. I booked a room well in advance, but was told on arrival that only smoking rooms were available. I had to wait until 10pm to get a non-smoking room for my asthmatic wife. The receptionist said she would call me when it was available and didnt, I just had to keep on lining up and asking. Check out was no better - they tried to charge me wifi access for every device used, not just a per day charge. Come On! Ever heard of smart phones? I got 8 wifi charges in 3 days. Restaurants were poor and expensive. Buffet a disappointment. The kids loved the pool but do we really need to make it open to visiting gamblers? Having poolside gaming is just desperate.

Our hotel room had no water pressure in the sink or shower and we were unable to wash the soap out of our hair and there was no complimentary coffee in the room nor a fridge or microwave which really stunk because you go out to eat alot when you are in Vegas and you are unable to take your left overs with you. Also room service was way overpriced. You had to pay 7 dollars for the water in the room or 10 dollars for the coffee and there was a charge for internet service if you wanted to use it. The rugs in the room were stained and worn looking. I will more than likely never go back. The best part was the pool.

We were able to check in early with no problem at all. Staff was friendly and polite and eager to help. The room was clean and well kept, and we found the location very convenient for wandering around Fremont Street. Parking was easy, and free for guests.
