Aside from the $7.00 for a bottle of water, and $10.00 to use the coffee maker, this was a great place to stay. On Fremont Street with lots of action and easy access to the RTC buses so that we didn't have to use taxis to go back and forth between the strip and Fremont Street. The staff was nice and friendly; loved that we could self-park for free. We had breakfast in the cafe near the pool and it was okay - staff there seemed weary and burdened.

The air-condition was bad.WHen I play to 4:00am,I very need a good sleep.But,the noise ...the noise like a aircraft.Then I going to front desk at 7:00,I didn't got any help.They just told me waitting....until afternoon.God,I can't sleep all night, and then,I must continue open my eyes...I hate this hotel!!!

Hotel was quiet, 2-double beds
03/30/2012My son (23) and i stayed 4-nights. 1st am - we heard housekeeping very early and didn't have our "do not disturb" sign out - and of course - they tried ...
My son (23) and I stayed 4-nights. 1st AM - we heard housekeeping very early and didn't have our "do not disturb" sign out - and of course - they tried to open door and ya.. We left later - they cleaned our room. Next AM - same noise, but we had sign out - but then, they didn't come and clean our room. Same with the following 2-nights. So - that was the only downer if I had to say anything at all. Oh ya - no free internet and $10 coffee. They have 2-Starbucks in the hotel -but hey.. Otherwise - great staff - Casino was clean and we won a little in on $5 blackjack!! Have fun!

I was an odd number during this trip, and felt very safe coming and going to and from my room alone. The rooms are very clean, I'm a smoker, and i appreciated that it didn't smell smokey. The employees are friendly and helpful.
