Friendly service, nicely appointed rooms, a quick elevator (although I must say it was a little scary inside and needs some paint and upkeep) and a bathroom that had great water pressure but very ""rough"" towels - clean, but rough! I was also put in a room who's window faced an alley and an old dilapidated building which was not the nicest view, but as long as I kept the curtains closed, it was fine. Location is of course wonderful if you want to be near the quarter and downtown. I felt very safe in the hotel and the area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Stayed 4 nights over French Quarter Festival with brother. The good: Front desk, security, location, pool-courtyard, balcony room, reasonably priced. The bad - road noise on streetside rooms, but worth it for balcony. Some updating needed in decor and bathroom. Would stay again.

Stayed 4 nights over French Quarter Festival with brother. The good: Front desk, security, location, pool-courtyard, balcony room, reasonably priced. The bad - road noise on streetside rooms, but worth it for balcony. Some updating needed in decor and bathroom. Would stay again.
