The hotel location was great, right in the heart of Times Square,. The rooms are spacious and clean, wonderful beds. Service from the doorman to cleaning service was the best. I highly recommned this hotel. The next time I go to NY I will definately stay there again.

The Doubletree in Times Sq was awesome! Everyone there was very friendly not one sour person. The maid was great, I had tipped her and when my husband came back to the room he tried to tip her and she said, No you wife already left me a tip. She could have easily taken both tips. We got a private ride to the airport when we left, this much much better then trying to get a taxi. Ask them for anything and they will help. The only complaint would be the uncomfortable pull out sofa. Fine for kids but not for adults.

If you have ever stayed in a NYC hotel you would know that they are usually small. These rooms are so incredibly spacious.. I could not believe our good luck to have found it! Beautiful furnishings comfortable. I would absolutely return.

Travel with my wife and two teenage girls. Excellent location, clean, comfortable suite, and great service, Carmen (maid) was amazing. Only gripes, very minor: (1) we gave the girls the room with the two double beds, leaving my wife and I on the foldout couch in the other room. The setup was fine, as both rooms are private, and you don't have to enter the other room to get to the bathroom, but the foldout couch was not extremely comfortable. (2) we tried, but were unable to check in early, but the hotel was very accommodating about holding our bags and keeping us informed.

This is a great location directly at Times Square--though a bit busy. The suites were very adequate. Check-in was a breeze. The clerk at the registration desk even provided us with a list of excellent restaurant choices each night. The bell hops were very efficient at holding our luggage until out suite was ready and upon check-out, until our flight departure. I highly recommend this hotel.
