My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the location of our ocean view room (at the very end, closest to Kalakaua Ave). Due to Kalakaua being closed to most traffic due to the APEC conference, there was hardly any traffic noise. We kept our lanai sliding door open at night and enjoyed the cool breeze. Our bed was very comfy and we really didn't hear much noise from our neighbors. We spent a lot of our time on the lanai where we had great view of the rising moon. In the morning, we enjoyed breakfast again on the lanai with the rising sun. The hotel staff was very friendly. The buffet breakfast had a lot of selection but the food was just okay. The resort fee was very reasonable at $12.95 a day and it covered stuff like parking, free towels, free alcoholic drinks. Ample parking which is great 'cause parking in Waikiki can be tricky. We would stay there again.

Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is very average. Although its location is right near the beach center, its room is really old and the wireless internet connection is non-existence. It is an okay hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, center of Waikiki. It is an older property but it had a lot of great amenities. There were daily activities. Pros: -The hotel had a resort fee of $12 a day. I thought this was a great deal since it included parking ($25 a day), wireless internet, 2 bottles of water daily and chairs/fruit on the beach (which we didn't use). -The fitness center had several different aerobic machines as well as universal weight machines and free weights. -There was nightly entertainment so it was great to just grab a drink and enjoy. The cons: -we had a special "airline room". (meant for pilots/flight attendents on short trips and solo) It was really small and next to the elevator so it was really noisy. (you get what you pay for). -The pool was really small and didn't seem really inviting. -The resort and rooms are fairly dated. It was fine for us. -It's right on Kalakaua so it's really busy, both people and traffic. I would go back but get a different room. The location was great. We usually stay at the Hilton or Marriott so they are on either end.

We would stay there again. Remembered our name & anniversary. Left bottle of champagne and fruit basket in our room. Just wished the buffet weren't $38 a person, would've liked to have tried. Marsha was very patient in answering our questions and helping us book our tours.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this time the check in staff was not friendly at all. very rude and short. Couldn't ask her any questions cause she seemed to busy to answer them. We always upgrade our room and when we asked to the counter lady and she straight out told us you want to upgrade do it when your booking your trip. Very rude tone of voice. the rest of the Staff was great the bell boys and the pool boys very friendly. other than I would consider maybe trying this hotel again.
