My husband and I visited for our 15th Anniversary and this hotel was perfect! Located close to the beach and the International Market is literally in its back door. Everything we wanted was pretty much in walking distance. Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, shops, food, ect. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful in all ways. We will definitely stay here on our return trip with the kids :)

Where does one begin? Less-than-friendly service...abysmal restaurant service...noisy rooms (I was told it was an upgrade -- I guess upgrade means "next to a noisy street where garbage trucks park -- beeping -- beginning at 4 a.m.)...brusque front desk workers. I hate to sound like a negative person, but there was very little to recommend about this hotel...though I will say the doorman (who meet the cars/taxis) were friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and spacious, and was located just a block from a nice beach. The bar, restaurant and pool was one open area that was pleasant to spend time at, while the gym/workout room was one of the better free set-ups I have seen at any other hotel. Will stay there again.
