I've stayed at hundreds of motels, although this wasn't the worst, it was certainly toward the bottom. Room was advertised as ocean front but it was only a partial view between two buildings. Couldn't connect to the internet initially and when finally able to connect it was so slow that we checked e-mail and never tried connecting again. We stayed 3 nights in late December but alas, furnace didn't work so there was no heat. After warming up the next day we headed for the beach only to find out the chairs that were 'included' in the resort fees were only for the pool, you had to pay for them if you wanted to sit on the beach. Then tried swimming in the 'heated' pool but it must have been broke also because it was too cold to swim in. There was also no one handing out towels and towel room was locked so we had to go back to our room dripping wet to dry off. Basically the resort fee was simply to up the price, we didn't get anything for it. Bed was hard as a rock. Of all the places I've stayed, this was the worst value.

i was here for 7 days the stay was not bad at all the hotel is a little old and could be updated but other than that its was kept clean and presentable my room was cleaned everyday room service,house keeping were all friendly everyone there were all very helpfull and made the stay very pleaseant i enjoyed myself so much that i am planning another trip to miami and will be staying here again i would recomend it to friends and family

STAYED FOR FIVE DAYS WITH FAMILY. ROOMS NOT THAT CLIEAN. STENCH ODOR IN HALLWAYS, SMELLS LIKE CARPETING WAS NEVER CLEANED. THE CLOSET DOOR FELL OFF HINGES. AIR CONDITIONING WAS VERY POOR. SERVICE WAS GOOD. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. HOUSEKEEPING DID THEIR BEST UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. DON'T GO DURING RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS. ELEVATORS ON LOCAL ALL DAYS. OVERALL FOR THE PRICE, NOT WORTH IT.
