I should have read the reviews. The smell of mold & mildew hit us the moment we opened the door to our room and was so strong that it made my nose run. You could see the mildew on the walls - I can only imagine what was growing in the carpet. It was so gross! First hotel room I have ever been in that doesn't have an exhaust fan in the bathroom, so no wonder there's a mold problem. I went to the front desk and they knew before I even said anything that I was unhapppy with my room. SO WHY RENT IT OUT?? Had to spend the first night in that terrible room because the hotel was completely book. Next day got moved to a room that had been renovated (still no exhaust fan in the bathroom) and it smelled alittle better but still not good. Woke up with a bad headache and wheezing.

Had bad visit at hotel, staff not nice or helpful. Requested balcony room and staff gave room away and gave us a non balcony room for almost 2 nights. Had bad expierance with staff and guest very rude and nasty to 2 young daughters throwing their towels off chairs saying they own seats when even they are not there. Tried to talk to staff about guest actions and they just blow it off like nothing, and sided with bully guest. beach was nice at least. but all stores and tiki bar close by 7pm even on weekends. House keeping and pool side towels were very bad. Can go on and on how bad of a hotel this is, Free breakfast was a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR EVEN A DAY.

This is the worst experience i have ever had with any trip that i booked with Travel agency. The Ramada Marco Polo Resort Hotel on Collins Ave. and 192th was by far the worst service i have seen. first their was no parking therefore either you park on the street and pay $*.00 an hr around the clock or forse yourself to pay valet parking for $*.00 a day. Then i was given an 8th floor room next to a compactor shut that stunk the whole hallway once you exit the elevator i requested to move, they complied and moved me to the 4th floor where i encounter no internet service for a day. i experience a flood in the toilet where it flooded the entire bathroom,service came and fixed the problem after several minures of waiting and watching the water over flow the toilet. after all is set and done four days came and went i was force to pay a resort charge fee of $*. a day for utilizing the pool, (which i saw once), newspaper(which i never got), and ohh yeah internet service that i was not ble to access to. after explaining these issues they still insisted that i pay and take this matter with travel agency. well bad business on the the Ramada Resort. I will make sure that this issue does gets address and heard thru the appropiate parties.
