The hotel is located by the very busy street, my balcony was directly facing the street, so it was very noisy in the room. The most important though was NO INTERNET access in the room or any other place in the hotel itself (you are charge daily $* for internet, pool access and pool towels). I was told it will be fix within few hrs but it never happened. Need to pay extra few dollars if you want to get the beach chair on the beach. Rooms are cleaned pretty late around 1-2pm. Horrible cable TV quality. Breakfast included in the hotel price, and great variety to chose from. Overall, I would think twice coming back to that hotel.

The first night there, we kept smelling something awful around our room door then we realized we were next to a trash chute. We went to the front desk and they gave us another room which was bigger than the last one and at the same price. The breakfast was good, the pool was warm and clean, the location was excellent. The concierge was a very big help with activities! I would come back again

The room was incredibly bad, cornered between a trash chute and a (probably) service elevator - imagine the smell and the noise. Furniture - outdated (and this is a VERY nice way of putting it). Windows were dirty. AC was either blowing polar winds or nothing. Continental breakfast was a bad joke (tired wanna-be-bakery-products do not qualify for anything). After 2 nights I filled out a "review" on the hotel form - it was for the first time I ran out of paper......An never got a feed-back from the Hotel. Overall, since it was built, I guess the hotel was renovated once, probably in 1981, by a color-taste-style challenged person. it was a miracle how the wonderul art-deco fixtures in the hallways survived.....at least they could have take care of them.

GREAT DEAL! I HAD I GREAT TIME AT THE RAMADA MARCO POLO BEACH RESORT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FREINDLY. I WAS NOT BOTHERED BY OTHER GUEST AND ENJOYED THE BEACH WHICH IS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. YES THERE ARE NICER HOTELS BUT IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET AND ARE LOOKING FOR SOME REST AND RELAXATION THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE VISITING THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR. THANKS GUYS!
