Room was clean but things in room falling apart. shower curtain window and trim. AND HATE new resort fee charged every day per person and I could do without valet parking on a car I am responsible for damage. I will park my own car.

This hotel has great beach views, our room was on the tenth floor with balcony and it was very nice, the staff was okay we asked for an extra comforter for my kid and I had to call 3 tomes in order to get it and the free breakfast does not have a lot of selections. Overall good experience.

My family and I selected this hotel because it was a few steps to the beach and of course the affordable price for a family of four. BIG MISTAKE! The room was very old and needed a paint job, not to mention the beds were bugs at first sight. We were afraid to use the plates & utensils they provided because they looked old and moldy. The breakfast was acceptable for the price that you pay...it is what any other cheap hotel would serve. Only a few workers in this hotel are helpful -- the front desk personnel (very nice guy), the bellboy & the valet (with tip). When we go back to Miami, we would definitely choose another hotel even if it cost more.

This was my first trip to Miami and I knew going in it was going to be lovely since it was right on the beach. If you’re looking for a luxury high rise, this is NOT your place. However if you’re just going to sleep and change clothes while you enjoy yourself in Sunny Miami then you will happy here. I only wish they charge for the “resort fees” if you use them, I only used it one day but I had to pay for the week, same with the valet parking. Overall I was satisfied with the stay, if I had to list of things that may help the next person I would tell you to check your car when the valet brings it, get extra towels when a tropical storm is coming, the windows leaked (Thanks Isaac) and know that you can order breakfast instead of just the complimentary breakfast they have.
