A little off the main strip of hotels, and for the most part was very quiet. I was able to keep my windows open during the night and had minimal disturbances. The only negative experience at the hotel was the extremely slow elevators. If you stay here, make sure to plan at least 5 minutes of waiting for an elevator, not sure why they took so long every time. Service was great!

The hotel was clean and very close to the beach on Waikiki. We got a corner room with a great view of the Zoo, Diamondhead and the Ocean. The downside to the corner room being on the Zoo side is you get a lot of road and party noise. Most of it died down by 1 am which wasn't bad for us as we were living it up, but if you're trying to relax it would be a big problem. They have a restaurant/bar in the hotel that claims to have a happy hour but whenever we went there were only 2 employees sitting at a table and neither made any attempt to help us so we left.

The hotel is across from the Beach and the Zoo (not beachfront, about half a block back from the beach). Free WiFi in the room is great. The pillows in our room were really flat and hard but other then that, nice, clean room.
