Stayed here with my Mom and Aunt we were all very impressed with the quality, cleanliness and decor of the rooms...very plush. We had a great stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only very minor complaint...the mini bar had electronic sensors and before I saw the sign indicating not to move anything or I would be automatically charged...I had already checked things out....the hotel was great I just called the front desk and they removed the charges from my bill.

This hotel was incredible. The lobby and rooms were top of the line and extremely clean. The staff and vallet parking attendants were very friendly and helpful. This was in a great location walkable to many restaurants, trolley, and shopping and a close enough drive to Fisherman's wharf and Golden Gate. The hotel really completed the visit to San Fran, I would highly recommend.

My stay at the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco was wonderful. The room was spotless, extremely well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful, the lobby area nice and the taxi and parking services convenient. The restaurant and bar were superb. A great hotel value for the price and perfectly located.
