The location is great. My husband and I flew into RRA and took the metro from the airport to the hotel. It was a 10 minute trip and cost $2.30 each. The rooms where average, but we knew that before we booked. We were gone all day exploring the DC area. The beds where comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. All our needs were met. I would stay there again if in the area.

hotel restaurant had good food but over priced. lower level food court offered a lot of selection but closed by 6pm. rooms were quiet & well insulated. pool not open and had to pay daily for "complimentary" internet. staff were wonderful, though.

Expect to tip your entire stay but the service was worth it and I felt very secure. The subway was right under the hotel as well as regular priced restaurants. Short distance away from airport (Regan) and great service.

It was a nice hotel for how much we paid for it. It was very well located. I loved that the metro was under the hotel it made it very easy for someone who had never been to DC to get around without getting lost. Nice time overall

Check in was interesting but when I was asked if I was getting a twin bed room (I had ordered a King size bed), I was surprised. The clerk was able to accommodate me. The room was fine, the bed was a little too firm for me but nicely made. I loved the mall and subway under the hotel. I just wish the stores and restaurants had been open on the weekend. The hotel restaurant and bar were a little pricy but very good food. If you plan to stay, plan to spend. But I would stay again.
