the most beautiful hotel i have ever stayed at

I was very pleased. There were no lines when we checked in, we were also upgraded for free. The room was beautiful had a great view the bathroom was huge. The staff was great with helping us plan our days the pool was also nice very secluded they had a great bar that served drinks in pineapples they are actually the only place in Hawaii that does the restaurants were ok. We loved all the shops in the hotel it was nice to have the because the Harley shop helped us rent a bike and the scuba shop help us with snorkeling gear I would definitely stay again no questions asked

This hotel is especially good for small children. The pool is great and it is walking distance to the Honolulu Zoo. Also, the beach has a concrete wall so that you don't have to worry about the little ones dealing with the ocean swells. It's also walking distance to shops.

We were greeted at 1:30 am at check in; after a very long flight. The desk immediately moved us to a family suite for greater room - and a beautiful view of Diamond Head. We enjoyed our time in the hotel and used several of the services - exercise room, pool and visted the hotel shops for coffee and snorkle gear.
