Large hotel room- rare in Waikiki. Nice location and view. Excellent service. We arrived early- had use of amenities and hospitality room until our room was ready. Veryt nice pool area and bar service. Quieter end of Waikiki, but easy walk to various shops and restaurants. Free boarding pass printing, but charge for other wifi (as advertised).

Only one tower is 4 star. The south tower is definately in need of some renovations. The wifi fee was comparable to many others, however it disconnected very frequently. The beds are prob the high point of this room. Next trip we will definately stay somewhere else.

I like the fact that they had ESPN ( NBA Conference finals) and a minifridge for our water. However there wasn't and complimentary water bottles there. I know that might seem petty, its just that I have gone to other hotels that aren't resorts and there are a couple of small water bottles in the room. Other than that though the hotel was nicely situated near everything one would need as a tourist. I would easily stay here again (but I would buy water before going up to my room)
