Important Hotel Information
- Guests must be 21 or older to check-in at this hotel. Shuttle service to Bill's Gamblin' Hall begins at 9:00am and the last shuttle will leave at 12:30am to return to the hotel.
- The hotel charges a 6.00 USD resort fee per day payable directly to the property which allows guest to use the fitness center, self parking, unlimited local phone call, access to toll-free and 800 telephone calls, inroom coffee, wakeup service/paging and shuttle service to the Strip and our sister property, the Gold Coast. The resort fee is subject to change.

I didn't know what to expect since this was my first stay at Orleans. Check-in was probably the fastest I have ever experienced. I had an immaculately clean room, as well as being spacious including a couch, chair and coffee table. I requested a room near my nieces from IN whom I had come to see and was put 3 rooms from them with a great pool view. The hotel was fully booked, yet my request was filled. Room service staff were very efficient and friendly. I liked the fact there was a security desk by the elevator manned by a friendly employee who always spoke to us and wished us goodnight. I would recommend this hotel highly for friendliness, efficiency, cleanliness and speedy response to all requests. Check-out was over the phone which was very convenient also.

Rooms were large and comfortable with all the basics. Staff were friendly and attentive. The Orleans doesnt have the glitz of the strip hotels but you can save some serious and still be in a nice room. We rented a car and drove from our hotel to the strip #40a 5 minute drive#41 and took advantage of the free parking at every hotel/casino we visited. We stayed for 6 nights and I would have to say that except for the stolen watch service was good and the room was clean. I did have to call down for coffee packets that the maid failed to replace but that was the extent of it.

over all had a wonderful stay. Only complaint I have is I am still battling with them over my security deposit. We had no damage to the room. Every I call them about refunding my depoist they state they have but my banking institution never shows it was I guess my attorney needs to contact them

Stayed in April 2010 for business. Was going to trade show & my company required us to share rooms. The heck with that - I'll pay out of my own pocket a room for myself somewhere else. After reading plenty of reviews, it seemed like the Orleans was decent for a great price, even though it is off the strip just a bit. I wasn't dissapointed. While it's no Mandalay Bay or Bellagio I got for the price of one night of room sharing at an upscale strip hotel four nights here. The room really was spacious with small couch/sitting chair plus desk with hi-speed Internet. Traditional 36" tube TV (no LCD). Bathroom nothing special - but entire room very clean. Plastic cups in wrappers only nit to complain about. Normal (for business hotel) room noise from hallway & adjacent rooms. Only ate breakfast there - had to wait a few days for seating but otherwise service prompt & food good. Taxi's were always on hand so transport was easy. $* average fare to LVCC. No waiting on check-in/out. Would've preferred on strip for walking to things - but all reviews for strip hotels at this price were awful. Even got a good shoe shine for $*.
