Well the room was very small. I'm not a huge room kinda gut but this room was very small. No bathtub, only a shower. Only one elevator for 14 floors and it was very very small. The wi-fi only works down in the lobby, not in the rooms. And the worst part about this hotel was the darn time share people stood right at the first door so every single time you would leave and come back someone is going to bother you with some pitch. We were there for a week and saw the same people over and over and they asked every single time did we want a darn time share. Overall, our stay was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in Wakiki and we had a great very of the ocean. I would recommend this hotel to others however I would not stay there again because of the small rooms. That probilly sounds wierd but this hotel is not a bad hotel at all, I just would like a little more space then what they had to offer.

The employees were friendly and accomidating but the first night there our shower did not work and the room had an odor. They promply moved us to another room but the whole hotel needs some serious updating. The beds were lumpy and unless you have an ocean view room there are no windows. The locations was the best this about this hotel, wiakiki beach is across the street and you could walk to a number of resturants and shops. While we didn't stay in the room much but I would not stay at this hotel again. I think you could get some a little nicer for what you are going to spend.

I have to admit, we picked this hotel because of the price. When asking advice of friends that already visited Hawaii, they said accommodations weren’t all important because we’d only be in the room at night. The price of our room was completely deceptive. A clean room-hot water at all hours, a perfect location—directly across from Waikiki Beach, nestled in the midst of affordable eateries and an amazing staff who, with their connections to the other hotel staff in the area, made us feel like part of a giant family. All we needed do was ask and the knowledgeable staff knew the best places to see, the most convenient times to visit and the easiest way to travel. With their understanding of the island and customs of the people there, we didn't miss a thing. It was like being hosted by relatives in a fine palace for a reasonable price.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this one wasn't the best. The beds were very old and uncomfortable and I never felt my belongings were safe in the room while I wasn't there. I stayed four nights and although the cleaning staff came in each day and made the beds, the sheets were never changed. The location was great though; directly across the street from the beach.

Beach = right out front - which is the real selling point. Great front desk staff, super helpful and very nice. Rooms = you get what you pay for and it really is just a place to crash. Decent little open area above lobby for free internet and getting yourself sorted. Would have stayed another night for the location - not the room, but was all sold out due to the cheap nightly rate. Would stay again!
