The staff at this hotel is incredible. The 2 concierges were both helpful and my daughter received a stuffed lobster upon our arrival. One afternoon I was running late to meet my family and the concierge offered to store my purchases and handed me a bottle of chilled water so that I could be on my way. Also the hotel recommended a tour to us. We reported a problem on the tour that the tour operator refused to deal with so the hotel felt responsible for our unfortunate incident and had a huge basket of treats sent up to our room for us and for our kids.The doorman was so nice and when we returned a month later unexpectedly he remembered us and our names! The hotel had been recommeneded for its service but exceded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant was affordable, attractive and the food good.

This is a beautiful hotel that has very helpful and responsive staff waiting to serve you. It has wonderful amenities attached to it with Citi Plate restaurant, a quaint martini bar and an irish pub. The hotel decor has been able to preserve its rich traditional architecture with modern features. Lastly, it's located to close to Copley Square and Prudential shopping.

The Lenox Hotel is an old updated hotel with all the amenities of a new hotel but the charm and beauty of an older one. The rooms were a good size, very clean, and with comfortable beds. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and always alert to our needs. Coffee was avalable each morning in the lobby as well as cookies and lemonade every afternoon. Free bottles of water were stocked regularly in our room refrigerators, which was great since there was a heat wave in Boston during our visit. As tourist we found the location of the hotel to be great. We would definitely stay at The Lenox again.

This is a very nice, updated hotel in a very good location (Back Bay). Our room was probably not one of the best rooms, as we arrived late and ended up with a window that looked out on the brick and windows of the opposite side of the hotel. Our friends arrived earlier in the day and had a room with a fireplace. But the room itself was immaculate and very nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and courteous , and the restaurants were very good. We would definitely stay there again!
