The Lenox made us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff was always really helpful. The overall feel was classier then we deserved. Best of all, though, was John, who verbally battled some drunk people to make sure that we got a taxi at 3:30 am on the day of day light savings.

We stayed at the Lenox for a family visit to Boston. The staff was very welcoming and even gave stuffed lobsters to our kids upon check in. The concierge was very helpful making arrangements and suggesting activities. The kids loved the turn down service and chocolates on their pillows. The close location to Newberry Street and the T were very helpful.

First time in Boston and the Lenox made the trip a special one. The staff were amazing, from being greeted as we arrived, to the turndown service with chocolates, they were all great. Room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent with easy access to the city whether you grab a bike from the share station, jump on the T, or just walk around, there are tons of places nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The Lenox was a perfect fit for my wife and I on our honeymoon. It is in a good location with many things to do nearby. There is also a subway station just down the block. We also enjoyed the "old-world" style. It fits the charm of Boston well. The service was timely and friendly. People were always around willing to help in the lobby, and they always welcomed us back when we returned. Also, there is a Lindt Chocolate store next to the hotel, so every day we were welcomed back to two Lindt Chocolates (my wife doesn't like chocolate, so it was a plus for me!). The biggest surprise for us was the size of the room. We stayed in a standard sized room, so I was expecting something relatively small. I was wrong. The standard had a walk-in closet, large bathroom, a seating area with a couch and chairs, and lots of space on the floor. I was impressed with the space. This was the perfect fit for my wife and I for a week!
