  So pleased to get a good deal the saturday after thanksgiving, to stay in a hotel i've dreamed of for 20 years. everything was great except the misleading cover ...

  So pleased to get a good deal the Saturday after Thanksgiving, to stay in a hotel I've dreamed of for 20 years. Everything was great except the misleading cover charge for the famous bar on top. The information in our room said it was a $* cover, it took forever to get the elevator up there, and then it ended up being $* cover. When we heard the bad music playing and saw the slow line to get in, decided to back to our room and have a drink. Except for the high price of parking, we were enjoyed our stay.

  We had a great stay ----we were a bit worried that our room was only on the second floor .....but it was a lovely room and even though we were ...

  We had a great stay ----we were a bit worried that our room was only on the second floor .....but it was a lovely room and even though we were told we could move the next day we decided to stay for two more nights. Staff were professional and friendly. Recommend it ...and would like to stay there again.

  Beautiful, luxurious, fabulous views, impeccable service! It will be the only place we stay in San Francisco! The hotel has been remodeled, beds are incredibly comfortable, bathrooms large and well appointed. We did have a tiny problem with a squeaky pipe, but not a big deal. The staff could not have been more accomodating, the towncar provided for local sites, was very appreciated. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, do not hesitate!

  We had a great time at the Mark Hopkins Hotel. All of our accommodations met our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed dancing at the Top of the Mark, with a fantastic band and soloist. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed. Everyone at the hotel was friendly., helpful and courteous.
