02/04/2011My wife and i stayed here and it was a wonderful hotel. the were very nice and helpful. it's near the the city center but a cab ride away ...
My wife and I stayed here and it was a wonderful hotel. The were very nice and helpful. it's near the the city center but a cab ride away from fishermans wharf. The resteraunt and bar on top is very expensive but a great view. No free internet was a drawback.

Location and rich history hit The Mark. Easy walk to great restaurants and the Wharf is just a short trolley ride. Go to The Top of the Mark at sunset and experience a wonderful panorama of San Francisco. Ask about the tradition started during WWII.

in our opinion, not a better hotel in SF! cannot say enough about the staff - they even took me to local places in the hotel limo as a complimentary service! rooms are beautiful, wonderfully comfortable, and the bathrooms are elegant and well equipped. The location on top of Nob Hill was away from the noise and downtown, but completely convenient! the views are the best! we have stayed in SF in many of the 4-5 star hotels, and this is by far our favorite!
