My husband and I stayed here during Easter weekend and we were very pleased with our overall experience at this hotel. They offer great room amendities and their staff is friendly. The hotels' proximity to the Riverwalk ,the Alamo and all of the downtown's attractions were very convinient, in that we walked everywhere and didn't drive anywhere . I would say great value for your money and not too pricey compared to other hotels on the riverwalk . The one thing that we found wrong with this hotel was the valet parking price per day, but not too bad considering your car is safe and in a parking garage. Would definitely recommend .

Have stayed at cleaner and friendlier places for a lot less money. Parking is a block away and $27 per night and internet is another $10.95 per day. Couldn't get service very fast at Irish Pub and meals at all restaurants on site very pricey.

We spent only one night at this hotel but we did like it's location on the river. It was close to several restaurants and pubs. Also was just across the river from the riverboat station so it was easy to take the tour of the river district. The room was nice but Hilton's continue to put glassware in the rooms that have fingerprints and smudges around the rim. Coffee cups also were smudged and unsanitary in appearance. We have learned to carry plastic cups for use in any Hilton Hotel, Crowne Plaza and Embassy Suites. The room was a bit small with a king sized bed and all the other furniture. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows.

I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons: (1) Every person on staff was friendly and frequently offered to be of help. (2) The concierge worked with us to plan for our out-of-the-ordinary travel needs...and then followed up the next day to ensure that we had been well taken care of. (3) The room was exceptionally clean (cleanliness is a very high priority !). Plus the cleaning staff quite willingly adjusted their time to clean our room to accommodate our schedule. From check in to check out, our 3-night stay was most pleasant. I would most definitely stay again at this hotel and highly recommend it!
