This was our second trip to the Hilton Hawaiian Villages and it was wonderful. My husband and I were here 7 years ago on our honeymoon and were delighted to return! The location of the hotel was great and we really enjoyed walking down to Waikiki Beach every night for dinner. The hotel food is very expensive, but there is an ABC on the property which is good for little things and there was a lot nearby. The restaurant by the pool was great for lunch! Lots of shopping on site, too. There is a great local breakfast place/coffee shop right across the street. Our room was nice with a great view of the marina and lagoon. We were upgraded upon check-in at no cost! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool was very relaxing and quite and there is a pool bar to order drinks. We had an amazing experience on the beach that we will never forget. We were just laying out, and it wasn't crowded, and all the sudden 2 beautiful Monk Seals swam right on shore. Everyone ran to the water to watch them play and wrestle and make noise at each other. Our pictures are priceless...we were standing just feet away from them in the water!!! On our last trip we were snorkeling in the reef right in front of the hotel (we brought our own gear) and we swam over an eel hanging out in a rock! It was awesome! We also enjoyed the lagoon. We rented paddleboards and the staff was very helpful. Great prices, too! We can not wait to return, this time with our children. I know they will love it as much as we do!

The Hilton is a wonderful hotel- a destination in itself.The grounds are beautiful and the Location is excellent.All major tour companys pick up at the hotel making sightseeing easy.Our room in the Tapa tower was beautiful and we could see the ocean.The 2 starbucks made for easy breakfasts/snacks.There is a ABC store on site for snacks and water.Our last day we checked out but didn't fly out untill evening but there was no problem, we spent the day on the beach and were given a hsopitalty room to shower and change to catch our bus to the airport.Food is expensive at the resort but local resturants are with in walking distance and the bus stops outside to go to other resturants.I would love to stay there again.

Fabulous location. Right on the beach.Great pools. Wonderful shops and restaurants. You don't even have to leave the resort if you don't want to. They have everything you need. My son loved the pool with the slides and loved the lagoon. So much fun! The view from our room was beautiful. View of the ocean and the lagoon. Two balonies. The bed was so comfortable!!!!! We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it.
