The hotel and resort was awesome! My family and I had a great time there and would love to go again. The only thing that was unpleasant about the entire trip was a GPS of mine that was stolen out of the rental car we had. The only one with access to it was the valet. A police report was filed and the GPS was never recovered but the hotel had followed up with us long after i flew home and sent out a check to reimburse the cost a new one. Even without the follow up i wouldn't judge the hotel off of one persons selfish actions but I was sure happy to not have had to pay for the replacement. Great place and great people!!

It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever been too. Everything was so clean, from the rooms to all the swimming pools, there was always people around to help you out with anything you needed. The restaurants were all amazing, I think we ate in all of them. I would highly recomend the hotel resort to people. We will be going back there this year for sure.

This property is on the beach but it is also self contained allowing you to have the hawaiian experience in the middle of honolulu. It is a "Hawaiian Village." I have been there many times. It is my preferred location in Honolulu! Beautiful and peaceful!
