This hotel ran out of on site parking one night. They did remove the parking charge. The parking charge was a surprize since it was not mentioned in any of the information in the booking process.

03/12/2011The hotel was just ok. the man who worked the front desk was great!. booked the hotel through travel agency for $* the first night & $* the second night for a king ...
The Hotel was just OK. The man who worked the front desk was GREAT!. Booked the hotel through Travel agency for $* the first night & $* the second night for a King size suite. I called the hotel directly to see if I could change rooms before checking in to the suite with bunkbeds. I was told that this would be an "upgrade" & change of price. I agreed. The upgrade price was $* less per night than what I had already paid through Travel agency On the first night, my toilet gurgled a few times & then onece it was flush, overflowed all over my bathroom floor. Maintence came in & plunged it & brought new towels. Next morning, my son flushed again & the toilet overflowed. We had to use the toilet by the pool area if we nneded one. I told the woman working at the front desk that we had a problem, but there was no urgancy, it seemed, to her. I was told maintenance came during the day while we were gone & we tested the toilet to check if it worked & sure enough, it didn't. Called the front desk, again & the man working was able to get us a new room ASAP. I am going to talk with Travel agency about the diference in fees. It think it is ridiculous that I paid at least $* more than had I booked directly through the hotel. This hotel is not worth $* a night.

We had planned on only staying one night but were so pleased with the staff and room that we decided to stay two. Close to Sea World which was what we were looking for. Lots of things to do and places to eat round the area. Also close to the freeway so getting everywhere is super fast. Would recomend to a friend and/or stay again
