    My Husband booked this hotel for our ten year anniversary. We found the staff friendly and very helpful! This was our first time in New York and the room size was smaller than I am used to, but it was gorgeous! The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to New York!

    This hotel was excellent. The location is perfect for attending Broadway shows. After the plays, it was an easy, quick and safe walk back. Unlike the big chain hotels in Times Square, the Iroquois' lobby was small, quiet and a respite from the craziness of the city. Hotel employees were helpful and polite. We had a small room, but it was big enough and well-designed. I would definitely stay here again.

    We stayed at the Iroquois for the first time on our annual girls' trip to NYC. While the room was much smaller than our previous hotel, the comfort of the beds and cozy feel made up for the size. The staff was so very pleasant and could not seen to do enough to be of service. We will definitely stay here again. The restuarant was not a find. The menu was extremely limited and the food was not up to the hype. The bar was nice -- when it was open; but, that seemed to be a hit or miss opportunity. The location was much better than previous hotels as we were truly within walking to the theaters and Times Square, as well as many wonderful restuarants.

    The room was small, but that is what one should expect in New York City. Nicely furnished, though. Excellent housekeeping, and very helpful staff. Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing, and given the great location I would take a very short walk to a number of fine alternatives.
