This location is convienient if attending an event at the Superdome or NO arena. It is also easy to get to the Garden District from the hotel. Otherwise, it is fairly average. Elevator access was restricted during my stay (4 elevators with 2-3 operational) because of decor upgrades, but presumably that is not a regular occurance. Neighboring room was noisy at 5:00 AM after the youngsters were out partying. That could happen anywhere. Thankfully, they cooperated when I asked them to be quiet. High parking fees give me heartburn. Makes a decent room rate turn to not so attractive. I like that it is not necessary to go through valet to access your car. I think valet is not available. Breakfast in the restaurant is ordinary. That said, I would still stay here again for easy access to the Superdome area.

We stayed here for two nights over Super Bowl weekend. All rooms in NOLA were crazy expensive but it was worth being just two short blocks to the superdome. Hotel was very nice. Lobby restaurant for breakfast was disappointing but we didn't expect it to be NOLA food quality, we were looking for convenience. After paying an outrageous room rate we were not expecting to pay for parking on top. Overall, I would book again for another superdome event but only if rates were a little more reasonable.

I was impressed with all the employees in this hotel, especially the bell hops, they are so knowledgeable about the city and the things that would inspire you. They knew every road that was under construction in the downtown area, and they were more that excited to assist you in finding your away around the City.
