This hotel was nice and clean with great staff all the way around. The location to a subway was great and it was near all the essential stores you might need if you forgot something. I would absolutely stay there again!

Even though the price is farely low for NYC the room is incredibly small. The pictures on their website make the rooms look big but they are very deceiving. We made a reservation for a 2 bed suite. I called two days in advance to ensure that they had my reservation and that all my requests could be met. I again called the morning of to ensure the same. When we checked in they said that they could me all my requests (view, balcony); however, when I got to the room I only had one bed. Then they told me that double beds are a request not included in the price (when my receipt stated otherwise). The hotel is under construction so only one elevator was working at a time in each tower making us wait for an elevator for 15minutes+ at times. They will not allow you to use the bell cart upstairs and it took the bellman 20 minutes to deliver our luggage and he never came and picked it up. The widow in the room was cracked and held together with duct tape so even if we had a view we would't have been able to see it. Valet Parking is $60 per day with no in/out service. Parking on 44th up to blocks and to the left is $32 per day. Overall nice hotel but you don't get what you pay for and service is less to be desired. There are much better deals in NYC and we've stayed in better for the same or lower price.

This was one of the best hotels you could stay in in NYC for the price. The rooms were a little small and so was the bathroom but all four of us loved it. The only thing that was odd was a window in the shower although it was frosted it was still a little strange. The service was amazing! When ever we needed help we went to them. The bathroom was very clean. The lobby had a resting area were you could sit and relax. The bus stop was right outside the hotel which saved us so much walking in the snow. If you want a friendly hotel, you need this one.

Its not the worst hotel in the area, but certainly not the best. The lobby could use a major makeover. Room amenities were fine and the room was clean and quiet. Its not a hotel with ambience.
