Important Hotel Information

  • HOTEL RENOVATION: FEBRUARY 23, 2012 - JANUARY 5, 2013
  • From February 23, 2012 - January 5, 2013, the hotel will be undergoing a renovation of guest rooms, suites, and corridors. Guest floor renovations will occur Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm with minimal expected interference to our guests. Please contact the hotel for further information.
  • LIMITED CLUB LOUNGE SERVICE MAY 18 - JULY 9, 2012
  • From May 18 to July 9, 2012, we will be completing enhancements to our Club Lounge. During this time breakfast and refreshments for our Club Level guests will be relocated to a private area of Roux Bistro reserved exclusively for them. Please contact the hotel for further information.

    The hotel was under some repair. the shower didn't have a grab bar. when the tv closed captioning didn't work, the staff was right there to fix it.

    I'm torn about this one, because the room was great. The view was AMAZING. The location was awesome. Yet I had to pay ~$15 to use the gym for a day. I've never been to a hotel where I had to pay for using the fitness center, and that irritated me.

    Very friendly and professional staff, can walk or catch a trolley to most destinations, powerful air conditioning when we needed it most - the dog days of august!

    My husband and I went to New Orleans for a graduation for our niece at Tulane. We were early for check in but the staff went out of their way to get us our room. Everyone was polite and offered a a lot of interesting travel tips! It was raining and they even offered us an umprella to borrow! Our room was clean and our bed was very comfortable! The location is great and we were able to walk everywhere! I would definately stay there again!
