Upon arriving on a Thursday afternoon our check-in was a breeze. We waited maybe 5 minutes for the next associate to be available and our associate was extremely friendly and offer great knowledge about restaurants and hot spots within walking distance. She also provided us with coupons to use during our stay such as, complimentary wifi and food specials at Kahunaville. (TIP: breakfast isn't cheap in Vegas with the coupon booklet we got for Kahunaville there was a $7.99 Vegas Breakfast special that got us 3 eggs any style, bacon, ham, or sausage, potatos, toast! What a deal!) Our room was always cleaned and our towels replenished. When we would see associates in the hallways they always greeted us in a friendly manner. The pool is a good size and good pool side service. I recommend the miami vice (strawberry daiquiri and pina colada mix). A great location for the things we wanted to do. We weren't in our hotel room much so we didn't need anything fancy. I would recommend it and spend the money you save elsewhere!

The price I paid for my stay was very reasonable. (Week day stay) and I was able to take advantage of the special pricing at the last minute (booked 1hr before I arrived at the hotel). I even checked in early, instead of the normal check-in time. What isn't to like about this. . . The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. It was a very good stay. . .

Walking in it smelled like a funeral home. There was still soap scum in the bathroom and plenty of dust to be had. Not what you would expect after upgrading to a suite. Also after many attempts at room service, they still never answered.
