I travel to Las Vegas twice a year and always stay at Treasure Island. Great location, great value, great restaurants. Staff are friendly, always helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and pleasant. I have stayed at higher priced hotels in the past and prefer TI!

I was very please with the hotel. I booked at the last minute - literally minutes before I arrived. I got a good deal on the room (weekday stay) and was really happy to be able to check in early and get settled in. Room was clean and roomy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also it is right on the strip, so if I wanted to walk around I could and no taxi was needed. All in all a good stay and I would stay here again.

I picked Treasure Island because it was decently priced and located on the strip. I have only been to Vegas twice so I can only compare this hotel to the Flamingo, which I liked WAY better. The first thing I noticed was the unfriendly taxi-men and doormen. They didn't say anything to make you feel welcome and when we needed to leave our bags for a few hours they gave us no information or assurance that our bags were going to be safe. The buffet was very small compared to some of the others on the strip. The pool was also very small and super crowded and extremely dirty. When I stayed at the Flamingo I didn't mind the busy pool because it was SO large, and not as dirty. Now that I have stayed here I will never pay for a resort fee again. It ended up being $75, which we did not take advantage of all the "included" stuff. I also feel there are better hotel locations on the strip. Overall it wasn't a terrible hotel, but I will not be staying there again.

Despite its dated exterior, the Treasure Island hotel is quite nice on the inside. The rooms are unexpectedly attractive and comfortable. Our bed was huge and very comfortable as well. I also appreciated the refrigerator and safe, which we used throughout our stay. There are several restaurants inside the hotel. The one we ate at was good and reasonably priced. If you're looking for great shopping and entertainment, you might want to stay elsewhere, however. There's a Cirque du Soleil show, which we didn't see, and the Sirens of TI show outside, which we did. The Sirens of TI is a pointless and poorly acted show IMHO, but hey there are girls in lingerie if you like that sort of thing. Overall not the nicest hotel on the strip, but a decent place to stay and not too expensive.
