Important Hotel Information
- TI Resort Fee is 25 plus tax. Resort Fee includes in-room high-speed internet access, access to fitness center, 2-for-1 cocktail (1 per stay), 2-for-1 lunch or dinner buffet Mon-Fri only, daily newspaper at Guest Services, VIP viewing area for Sirens of TI, in-room local/toll free phone calls, printed airline boarding passes, copies and faxes (up to 10 pages), 10 Free Slot play for new TI Players Club members (21+).
- The outdoor, heated pool is scheduled to open on Friday, February 8, 2013 (weather permitting) and will remain open or the season with the following hours:
- 9:00am to 6:00pm Feb. through Apr. & Oct.
- 9:00am to 7:00pm May, Sept., & parts of Nov.
- 8:00am to 8:00pm Jun. through Aug.
- Closed for annual maintenance late Nov. 2013 through Feb. 2014.
- The indoor Starbucks will be closed for renovations from January 21 to February 28, 2013. At this time, the second Starbucks location near the front entrance will be open 24 hours a day.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We only requsted clean towels and trash removed but the houskeeping service was very accomodating. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and would stay there again.

Machines very tight compared to other places. Staff not friendly on floor or in restaurants (Gilley's) and shops. Staff do not seem to want to be there. No security to rooms and elevators; anyone can go up, even when does not belong there. Uncomfortable meeting people in corridor! Thank goodness buffet was free--worse ever had in Las Vegas--no one to clean plates which were piled on all tables, no return to have refills, etc. Positive is location to other casinos and bed and room was comfortable. "free internet" costs $25/day??

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, a great thing in Vegas. Wish the staff had been better. When call the bell desk to request a shuttle to the airport they said they would arrange it and call us back with the details. Two hours later, no call. Went down to the bell desk to make sure everything was arranged and found out they hadn't done anything and were very rude. Almost missed the last shuttle because of this. Generally, the staff was okay. A couple of them were even nice!
