Important Hotel Information
- TI Resort Fee is 25 plus tax. Resort Fee includes in-room high-speed internet access, access to fitness center, 2-for-1 cocktail (1 per stay), 2-for-1 lunch or dinner buffet Mon-Fri only, daily newspaper at Guest Services, VIP viewing area for Sirens of TI, in-room local/toll free phone calls, printed airline boarding passes, copies and faxes (up to 10 pages), 10 Free Slot play for new TI Players Club members (21+).
- The outdoor, heated pool is scheduled to open on Friday, February 8, 2013 (weather permitting) and will remain open or the season with the following hours:
- 9:00am to 6:00pm Feb. through Apr. & Oct.
- 9:00am to 7:00pm May, Sept., & parts of Nov.
- 8:00am to 8:00pm Jun. through Aug.
- Closed for annual maintenance late Nov. 2013 through Feb. 2014.
- The indoor Starbucks will be closed for renovations from January 21 to February 28, 2013. At this time, the second Starbucks location near the front entrance will be open 24 hours a day.

Treasure Island was a beautiful hotel. Our check in went quickly besides the girl must of been new, since she left us for 5 minutes to i hope ask for help. But after that we were then sent to our room. Be careful to pay attention to the signs, you have to get on the right set of elevators to get to your assigned room. Not all of them to to all floors. Our room was very nice well sized with plenty of space. The bathroom was again nice but the down fall came to no exhaust fan. So when you showered you couldn't see in the mirror without having to wipe it off several times. The nightly show was amazing i watched it every night. just get there alittle early to get a good spot and if you have small children place the on your shoulders so they can see it too. We ate in each of the resturants the food was good i would not recommond the buffet it seemed like no matter what you got it was cold. And if you are using a bus to transport to and from the airport you have to wait on the curb the buses can not drive under the canopy so i hope it doesn't rain the day you are leaving. But having said all of that i would return to Treasure Island in the future. The location was wonderful it seemed like we were right in the middle of everything..

Check in lines at arrival were non-existent, but we didn't arrive at the hotel until 11:30 pm. Once we made it to the counter to check in, the lady was very friendly, and extremely helpful. This trip was for our honeymoon, and once she found this out, she upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of champagne free of charge. Our room was very clean and well kept, and housekeeping did a very good job. The beds were extremely comfortable, and provided a great nights sleep. Internet is included in the "resort fee" that they charge you upon check-in. Make sure you read over the paperwork they give you upon check-in that tells you how to connect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.
