Important Hotel Information

  • TI Resort Fee is 25 plus tax. Resort Fee includes in-room high-speed internet access, access to fitness center, 2-for-1 cocktail (1 per stay), 2-for-1 lunch or dinner buffet Mon-Fri only, daily newspaper at Guest Services, VIP viewing area for Sirens of TI, in-room local/toll free phone calls, printed airline boarding passes, copies and faxes (up to 10 pages), 10 Free Slot play for new TI Players Club members (21+).
  • The outdoor, heated pool is scheduled to open on Friday, February 8, 2013 (weather permitting) and will remain open or the season with the following hours:
  • 9:00am to 6:00pm Feb. through Apr. & Oct.
  • 9:00am to 7:00pm May, Sept., & parts of Nov.
  • 8:00am to 8:00pm Jun. through Aug.
  • Closed for annual maintenance late Nov. 2013 through Feb. 2014.
  • The indoor Starbucks will be closed for renovations from January 21 to February 28, 2013. At this time, the second Starbucks location near the front entrance will be open 24 hours a day.

    Craps table worker smarted off to me once. That was enough. If I'm going to give you my money, you better make me feel wanted. They didn't. There were times I saw 1, 2 or maybe 3 people at the tables. That's not fun. More people = more fun. Don't know why, Last couple times I've been at TI everything was rockin! This time, not so muc!!! Meals are WAY over priced!!! Went elsewhere to eat.

    This hotel was great for the location I needed, and the value was good too. The pool was nice, spacious, with lots of empty lounges, but the hot tub had a real chemical smell to it, which lingers in the elevators. The rooms were neat, great view, great service. My only problem with the room was the in and out quality of the internet. Even my cell phone wouldn't work at times.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived early, before check-in time. The Bell Captain stored our luggage pleasantly and efficiently even though there were streams of people and mountains of luggage coming and going. Later after check-in it was delivered to our rooms quickly and without a hitch. The room was clean, fresh and very nice. The bed was great, very comfortable. We were on a non-smoking floor and there wasn't a hint of smoking smell. Our experience has been that staying in a casino hotel, even on a non-smoking floor, there is a pervasive smell of stale cigarette smoke in the ventilation system, but not here. The casino was nice and the restaurants were all good, another pleasant surprise for a casino Overall it was a great place and we had a very good time.
