Important Hotel Information

  • TI Resort Fee is 25 plus tax. Resort Fee includes in-room high-speed internet access, access to fitness center, 2-for-1 cocktail (1 per stay), 2-for-1 lunch or dinner buffet Mon-Fri only, daily newspaper at Guest Services, VIP viewing area for Sirens of TI, in-room local/toll free phone calls, printed airline boarding passes, copies and faxes (up to 10 pages), 10 Free Slot play for new TI Players Club members (21+).
  • The outdoor, heated pool is scheduled to open on Friday, February 8, 2013 (weather permitting) and will remain open or the season with the following hours:
  • 9:00am to 6:00pm Feb. through Apr. & Oct.
  • 9:00am to 7:00pm May, Sept., & parts of Nov.
  • 8:00am to 8:00pm Jun. through Aug.
  • Closed for annual maintenance late Nov. 2013 through Feb. 2014.
  • The indoor Starbucks will be closed for renovations from January 21 to February 28, 2013. At this time, the second Starbucks location near the front entrance will be open 24 hours a day.

    I'm so happy I chose to stay at Treasure Island. I did my research and this hotel has the best reviews for what I wanted to spend. The value overall was great. The room was clean and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The hotel was fun and is in a great spot. I was at first kind of bummed out I didn't get a room facing The Strip but when I saw a beutiful view of the mountains, I was pretty happy. It's perfect in terms of location, walking distance to all of the great shops on The Strip. Then there's always the bus or monorail for the further end. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I got the same great deal on a Vegas package again.

    The view was pretty cool, I'll give them that. But the service was awful. After 1.5 hour check in process in which they had a line wrapped completely throughout the lobby and ony a few staff on duty, we got to the front of the line and they lost our reservation. Another 20-25 minute wait. They finally got me a room, not the one I ordered, but at least it had a nice view. We spent the first afternoon/evening at TI to check it all out, and the service again was terrible. Every employee had an attitude, which I really don't understand. The guy at the bar got mad because I paid with credit card. What's that about? Tried to ask the lady at the buffet a question about it, she cut me off and put her hand in the air like a talk to the hand. It was a simple question and would have taken her all of 10 seconds to listen, apparently she was far too busy standing around. This happened everywhere in the hotel. I'm a pretty easy going guy but I had finally had it, and went to talk to a manager. I had to wait a half hour to talk to one. She listened to me calmly complain, all the while looking around and not making eye contact, basically acting like she had no time for this. In the end, she says ok sorry about that, here's 2 free buffets. I didn't even want two free buffets, which shows she wasn't listening in the first place! GRRRR! I definitely will not stay there again. Everything way overpriced, and they treat you like something stuck to their shoe.
