Important Hotel Information
- TI Resort Fee is 25 plus tax. Resort Fee includes in-room high-speed internet access, access to fitness center, 2-for-1 cocktail (1 per stay), 2-for-1 lunch or dinner buffet Mon-Fri only, daily newspaper at Guest Services, VIP viewing area for Sirens of TI, in-room local/toll free phone calls, printed airline boarding passes, copies and faxes (up to 10 pages), 10 Free Slot play for new TI Players Club members (21+).
- The outdoor, heated pool is scheduled to open on Friday, February 8, 2013 (weather permitting) and will remain open or the season with the following hours:
- 9:00am to 6:00pm Feb. through Apr. & Oct.
- 9:00am to 7:00pm May, Sept., & parts of Nov.
- 8:00am to 8:00pm Jun. through Aug.
- Closed for annual maintenance late Nov. 2013 through Feb. 2014.
- The indoor Starbucks will be closed for renovations from January 21 to February 28, 2013. At this time, the second Starbucks location near the front entrance will be open 24 hours a day.

There was an extremely long line for check in. Our room was "overlooked" for clean up. The bath tub was clogged. The t.v. worked when it wanted to. There is a "mandatory" daily access fee. And the overpriced buffet is horrible. However, the staff was friendly.

This was a beautiful hotel!!!! Some of the pictures that they have on the website just don't do this hotel justice, you have to see it in person. It was beautiful inside and out the staff was nice and friendly. You don't have to worry about safety because it is security everywhere so you fill safe. You don't have to worry about drunks wondering up to your room because if you don 't have a room key security won't let you up and that's a really good thing!!!! You could see the show from our room it was really nice you can see the show for free if you are a guest of the hotel you have special seating.... The bed was really nice and comfortable the room was very big and cozy it was nice it was ike home away from home. The room was cleaned everyday and if staff thought they had missed you they would call and see if you wanted your room cleaned are if it was anything they could get you!!! The food at the buffet was to die for anything you c ould imagine was on there. It was really nice of the hotel to give you ten dollar's to start your gambling but I'm not a gambler so the ten they gave was good enough for me. The gift shops in the hotel are a bit high but hey that's inside of the hotel.. We shopped at the mall it nice. But if you like your liquor Wal-green's is the best place to buy it cause it's not expensive at all and plus you can take your mixed drinks in there while you shop!!!!! It was great I will be returning very soon!!!! VEGAS WAS GREATTTTTT!!!!!
