Important Hotel Information

  • TI Resort Fee is 25 plus tax. Resort Fee includes in-room high-speed internet access, access to fitness center, 2-for-1 cocktail (1 per stay), 2-for-1 lunch or dinner buffet Mon-Fri only, daily newspaper at Guest Services, VIP viewing area for Sirens of TI, in-room local/toll free phone calls, printed airline boarding passes, copies and faxes (up to 10 pages), 10 Free Slot play for new TI Players Club members (21+).
  • The outdoor, heated pool is scheduled to open on Friday, February 8, 2013 (weather permitting) and will remain open or the season with the following hours:
  • 9:00am to 6:00pm Feb. through Apr. & Oct.
  • 9:00am to 7:00pm May, Sept., & parts of Nov.
  • 8:00am to 8:00pm Jun. through Aug.
  • Closed for annual maintenance late Nov. 2013 through Feb. 2014.
  • The indoor Starbucks will be closed for renovations from January 21 to February 28, 2013. At this time, the second Starbucks location near the front entrance will be open 24 hours a day.

    We arrived early and had no trouble checking in early. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location was a plus! The pool was very nice and the amenities inside the hotel were convenient. There were a variety of clubs, restaurants and bars to meet all ages.

    We stayed at TI for 3 nights in late April 2012. Check-in was quick. Our room was clean and very nice. We had a room on the back side of the hotel and it was quiet. I have heard if you have a room on the front side, it can get quite noisy from the Sirens show, but I cannot attest to that. We had an issue with our TV during our stay and maintenance was there within a matter of minutes to fix it. Check out was also very quick. The casino is great. Plenty of tables and slots to keep you busy for awhile. I highly recommend this hotel.

    On the upside, the hotel overall was nice. The room looked nice, was clean, bed was comfortable. Good location, restaurants and entertainment. Lots to do and see nearby. Offered 2 for 1 on a cocktail and buffet. On the downside, check- in line was long and took about an hour, the hotel charged for internet , pool use, and other amenities separately - an extra $25 + tax/room per night. We had two rooms booked for two days , so an extra $112. Did not like that.

    The hotel is very nice and has wide range of dining options. It was clean and very relaxing. Some of the things I didn't like were the pool closing so early in the day, there was no where to sit outside and relax once the pool closed, and the resort fee was ridiculous after already paying so much for our stay.
