Really enjoyed our stay. Found everything to be wonderful, except maid service was very late each day. The room was laid out nicely, the bed was extremely comfortable, the black out shades were nice and dark. Only thing I didn't like was the fact our room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon each day.

Well, my fiancé and I were getting married in Vegas do thus trip was suppose to be great. It started off that we got news that our one yr old daughter had to be put in the hospital over night. We found that out right before we checked in. So with that weighing on our shoulders we went to find our room. We go to enter in our floor and the button wouldn't work. We spent 15 min going to 3 other elevators trying to get to our floor. So we went to a worker and told them what happened. She took us up the wait staff elevator. When we reached the floor we had tried to get on for 15 min we walk out of the elevator into a huge cloud of white smoke!! The level was under construction! So they gave us a room that didn't even exist. By that time I was in tears and just wanted to go home because nothing was going right. So the lady apologized and took us up to the front to see what they could do. They gave us floor 27 which was just two floors under the sky lofts. It was AMAZING! The view was awesome and the bed was soft. And they even sent us champagne. The staff was super friendly and the room service was great. They keep a very clean casino and hotel. The pool was way better then I expected. I will definatly suggest this casino to my friends and family!?

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and renovated!! I arrived on Monday, August 20th. I was able to check in early for a 20 dollar fee. My original room was located in the west wing, somewhat secluded from the rest of the hotel. We had to walk down a long gray hallway to get to the room; the hallway was poorly lit and appeared gloomy which i did not like. However, the room was great, clean, comfortable beds, flat screen TV. Shower was nice, it had two shower heads, one on the wall and one removable. We had an issue with the sink (it was not draining properly) but we called the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to fix it. Anyways, we ended up switching from that room to a smoking room (for an extra 20 dollars a night(, which was located in the grand tower. I would definitely recommend staying in the grand tower, it is nicer, better light, and closer to the casinos and the main lobby. The MGM is a huge hotel so it helps to be closer to all the activities. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the MGM. Would definitely recommend it if u are looking for a nice, clean, and affordable hotel located right on the strip. The mgm is on the beginning of the strip which i loved, and was located right in front of new york new york hotel, the m&m store, and tons of other shops and food places (dennys, panda express) . Perfect place for sightseeing, entertainment, and lunch! While staying at the MGM I ate two meals at the actual hotel. I had the buffet, which i would not recommend; there was not a big variety, and the food was so-so. I also ate at the rainforest cafe and loved it! great atmosphere and great food. Lastly, staff was extremely helpful, as was everyone we encountered in Vegas. They were happy to help us with directions as well as other questions such as what clubs were good that night, restaurants etc. Couldn't have asked for a better stay,
