- Guests arriving at MGM Grand must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. MGM charges a daily resort fee of 25 per room plus tax, payable upon check-in which includes complimentary high speed internet,
- Daily USA Today newspaper available at Front Page newsstand,
- Unlimited local and toll free calls, Limited Business Center services such as outgoing faxes, copies (up to 5 pages), notary, and boarding pass printing, Free access to the cardio room.
Two pools currently open, other pool areas will open March 1-current hours 9am-5pm. Wet Republic @ MGM Gran3799d opens March 22, 2013. - Beginning Friday March 8, 2013, a credit card or debit card deposit for incidentals will be required upon check-in, in addition to room/tax & resort fee/tax for the amount 300.00 per day.

I rated room quality a good because the bathroom area was really a "form over function" layout. There is no privacy door from the bathroom to the sleeping area. The stall door, totally made of frosted glass, to the toilet area did not quite reach the ceiling. You feel that the person you are with can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom. The shower door did not have a rubber sweep on the bottom and allowed water to sluice outside the door, making the granite floor quite wet and slippery. The sink was tiny. The bathroom area was lovely to look at but not user friendly. ALL the lighting in the room was much too subdued. But it was a very comfy room overall. It would have had an excellent rating if not for these things.

Newly renovated room
11/12/2012Our room was smaller than expected, but newly renovated. ultra modern look. we will stay at mgm again, but upgrade to a larger room.

We were offered an upgrade for $20/ night for newly renovated rooms in Grand Tower. Were told they were about 200sq ft bigger than what we had booked. The room we stayed in was very nice, average view, and roomy. I would hate to see how much smaller the old petite king rooms are. Thought the facility in general was nice and clean. Prices all over were pretty average strip prices. We did get a room credit for doing the upgrade of $75- that bought us breakfast one morning. We would stay here again.
