- Guests arriving at MGM Grand must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. MGM charges a daily resort fee of 25 per room plus tax, payable upon check-in which includes complimentary high speed internet,
- Daily USA Today newspaper available at Front Page newsstand,
- Unlimited local and toll free calls, Limited Business Center services such as outgoing faxes, copies (up to 5 pages), notary, and boarding pass printing, Free access to the cardio room.
Two pools currently open, other pool areas will open March 1-current hours 9am-5pm. Wet Republic @ MGM Gran3799d opens March 22, 2013. - Beginning Friday March 8, 2013, a credit card or debit card deposit for incidentals will be required upon check-in, in addition to room/tax & resort fee/tax for the amount 300.00 per day.

Hotel room was large and comfortable but the bed needed a board as my husband's back went out. Mattress was luxurious but soft. Lots of privacy and nice view of strip. The biggest drawbacks were no coffee pot or microwave in the room + a $50.00 surcharge if their in-room refrigerator was used for a guest's personal beverages, foodstuffs, etc. Their beverage prices were ridiculously high. The hotel was a city within itself, therefore, one did not need to exit the casino as it provided multiple restaurants, services, entertainment, etc.

the second day after i checked in, the house keeping just stopped for no reason. and i had to call them "four times" to get my new towel so i could take shower which means i waited for almost 2 hours for "a" towel. and then didnt try to make it right. they just said we r sorry, and then what? nothing. i will never stay in that hotel, again!!

This was my first trip to Las Vegas, and the accommodations and staff helped to make the trip memorable. My only issue is that my visit was during the rodeo. Due to the repairs being done to the outside of MGM, there was only one entrance to the Strip. As a result, in the evening, the area that had to be utilized to get to and from the strip required navigating through a huge crowd of revelers who were congragated right at the area where the access to the strip was. It was extremely difficult to negotiate through this crowd. I understand that the hotel was trying to accommodate this group, but it made things difficult for those of us who were not part of the rodeo group. I am sure that this problem will not occur in the future, since, I assume, the work being done to the outside of the hotel will be completed by the time the rodeo returns. I must say, though, all in all, my visit to the MGM was very enjoyable.

The MGM is a beautiful hotel and nice all over. My only complaint is the charges for amenities. Charges for internet that would NOT work. Also, I'm on vacation why would I need the exercise equipment. The fridge that sits in your room is good convenience, but will be an extra charge to store cold items or even re-arrangement( stocking fee). I have never heard of amenity charges until I came to Vegas not sure if all the hotels are the same. With a hotel as with a big name MGM, I was very unimpressed with how cheap, and give all those extra charges on there customers. This was my first experience going to Vegas and this will mostly likely be last time staying at MGM. My overall rating is poor due to MGM being cheap towards there customers. All else is great.
