Took an hour standing in line to even check in all three while employees were continually taking breaks or talking to each other. The lady who did finally check us in was rude and paid more attention to the lady next to us talking about other things than us. The room which was a spa suite, was very nice, clean, and a great view. Found bottle caps everywhere though and dirty windows. When we drained the tub it made an awful gurgle noise in the sinks and shower, also one of the outlets did not work. Overall other than a few minor issues was a very nice hotel.

Too many complications for my first stay here

This was my first time staying at the MGM. When I arrived, I was informed that the room I reserved was not available and I would have to take another room. The room I was given was not fully clean; I found hair all around the bathroom. I had to wake up the next morning, pack, and be downstairs (I was only given a 2-hour window) to change rooms between 1pm and 3pm, which is super inconvenient. When I was given new keys to my room, it took me 2 hours to figure out how to make the toilet from making lots of noise, and there were things missing from the room that I had to call and request. Even with ALL of that trouble, I asked for late checkout and was told I had to pay. I did not have a pleasant stay.

I would definitely loved mt stay here. From the time that I stepped foot in the hotel from when I was leaving I had the best treatment. I ordered breakfast twice and they serve these yummy little pork sausages that fueled me for fun-filled days in sin city. Probably my best visit so far. Might have to stay here again... :)

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and our room accomodations. We were super excited with the view and size of the rooms including the roomy bathroom. The resort itself was very nice and had great ammenities. The brunch buffett was worth the money and we would go back to visit even if we don't stay at the MGM next time. The two main downfalls were: the hidious perfume smell they used for air freshner throughout the hotel. It got sickening after the 3rd day. I honestly believe it triggered my very first migraine. It was unbearable after the 3rd day for myself and my husband. Also, we didn't experience much excitement at the casino. We understand the house wins most of the time but we rarely saw anyone win on table games much less the slots. There wern't any alarms going off or people cheering. It was a boring casino.
